Google Webmaster Team has updated the features in search queries section based on feedback from many webmasters. Prior to February 2, 2011 Administrators can see impressions count in two or three digits. After February 3, 2011 count will be shown in one to two digits.
Google team, said that "the reason for this update to represent the numbers are nice and reduce confusion for webmasters." Internal ranking and impression counting systems are identical, only the outer display will change.
